Delete my account

Delete your account,
without the app.

You can delete your Cute Split account here, even if the app is not on your phone any more. We send a code to your mobile number to make sure it is you. This cannot be undone.

Updated 20 October 2026

This page needs JavaScript to send and check the code. You can also delete your account in the app: open Settings, then Delete my account. Or write to info@rocuo.com.

Step 1: your mobile number

Type the number you use to sign in to Cute Split. We send a 6-digit code to it, on WhatsApp or by text message.

What happens when you delete

Your sign-ins Removed: You are signed out everywhere.
Your number, friend list, categories and blocks Removed: They are gone for good.
Your personal expenses and payments Removed: Very large amounts of data are removed in the nightly clean-up, within a day.
Your groups Left: You leave every group.
What is shared with other people Stays: A group expense you paid, for example, stays so everybody’s balances stay right. Your name there becomes “Deleted user” and your number is gone.

See the privacy policy for the details.
