What uses one of my emails?
Each time you press Convert and the conversion starts, it uses one email. The Desktop and the Mobile frame made from the same email together use one.
What if the conversion fails?
The email is given back automatically, and the plugin tells you so (“No free email was used”). You can try again straight away.
When do my free emails come back?
At the start of every month, at 00:00 UTC. The plugin shows the date next to the number of emails you have left. Emails you did not use do not roll over.
What happens when I run out?
Convert does not start, and the plugin shows when your emails come back. Pro, with no monthly limit, is coming soon.
How will I pay for Pro?
Pro is planned at $20 a month. It is bought inside the plugin and paid through Figma, so there is no separate account and nothing to type in on this website. Figma handles the checkout, the receipt, the billing and any refund, and Figma’s own terms apply to the purchase.
What does “fair use” mean?
Pro has no monthly count. Fair use means ordinary use for your own work and your own team. If you are not sure whether your plan of use is fine, write to [email protected].
Does the plugin need the internet?
To download pictures that live on the web, yes. The conversion itself runs on your computer. If our credits service cannot be reached, the plugin keeps working and counts your emails on your computer.
