1. Rocuo
  2. Terms of sale

Terms of sale,
in plain words.

These terms explain what happens when you buy a Rocuo product on rocuo.com: who sells it, what it costs, how it renews, and how you can cancel or get a refund. We wrote them to be read, not skipped.

Applies to purchases on rocuo.com Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms are about buying. Using a product is covered by that product’s own terms of use, and the data it handles is covered by its privacy policy. Both are on the product’s page.

1. Who sells what

Rocuo makes the software and the licence service behind it. Paddle is our payment partner and the seller of record: when you buy a paid plan, you buy it from Paddle. Paddle takes your payment, sends your receipt and handles sales tax and VAT. Paddle’s Buyer Terms apply to your purchase together with these terms. If they disagree about the sale itself (payment, tax or how Paddle handles a refund), Paddle’s Buyer Terms come first.

2. What you buy

Today one paid plan is on sale: HTML Email to Figma Pro, a monthly subscription. It lets you use Pro in the HTML Email to Figma plugin, with no monthly limit on emails (fair use applies), for as long as the subscription is active. The Free plan of the plugin stays free and needs no purchase. If we sell more products here later, their prices and rules are on their own pages.

3. Price, tax and currency

The price is shown on the pricing page and again at checkout before you pay. Today it is $20 a month, in US dollars. Tax is added where the law asks for it, and the checkout shows the full total. Your bank or card provider may turn the amount into your own currency and may charge its own fees.

4. Renewal and failed payments

Pro renews every month, on the day of your first payment, until you cancel. Paddle takes each payment from the payment method you gave at checkout and sends you a receipt. If a payment fails, Paddle tries again for a few days, and Pro keeps working for up to 7 days while that happens. If the payment still fails, the plan ends and the plugin goes back to Free. You can update your card at any time under Billing and invoices.

5. Cancelling

You can cancel at any time. In the plugin, open Settings, then Licence, then Manage plan, and choose Cancel plan. We ask one short question about why you are leaving, and we may show you a discount offer. You can ignore the offer and cancel anyway. You can also cancel on Paddle’s billing page (Billing and invoices in the plugin), or by writing to info@rocuo.com.

Cancelling stops the next payment. Pro stays on until the end of the month you already paid for, and then you are back on Free. Cancelling does not refund the month you already paid for. If you want a refund, read the refund policy.

6. Price changes and offers

If we raise the price of a plan, we tell you by email before the new price applies to your next payment, and you can cancel before then. A discount offer, such as a lower price for a few payments, is made once for a licence, and after it ends the normal price returns.

7. Your licence key

After your payment we email a licence key to the address you gave at checkout. Keep it private: anyone who has the key can use your plan. A key works on one computer (one install of the plugin) at a time. To use it somewhere else, take it off the first computer, either in the plugin or on rocuo.com/licence with a code we send to your email, and then activate it on the new one. A key can be moved up to 3 times in 30 days. If you lose your key, you can get it again on the same page.

We may switch off a key that is shared in public or used to break these terms. When we do, we tell you by email, and you can write to us to ask for a review.

8. Fair use

Pro has no monthly limit on emails. It is meant for ordinary use by one person. If you work in a team, each person needs their own key. If your use is far beyond what one person normally does, we may write to you first and ask to talk.

9. Refunds

You can ask for a full refund of any payment within 14 days of that payment. The refund policy explains how, and it is part of these terms. Nothing here takes away a right that the law gives you as a consumer, such as a right to withdraw from a purchase within a set time.

10. The service and changes to the product

Pro is delivered through a licence service run by us. We work to keep it available, but we cannot promise that it never stops. If the service cannot be reached, Pro keeps working on your computer for up to 7 days, and then it pauses until the plugin can check again. We may change the plugin and Pro over time, for example to fix problems or to add things. If we ever stop selling Pro, we tell you in advance, and you can use it until the end of the period you paid for.

11. Ending a plan

A plan ends when you cancel and the paid period is over, when a payment keeps failing, when a payment is refunded, or when we switch off a key under section 7. If you ask your bank to reverse a payment instead of writing to us, the licence for that payment ends as well, so please write to us first and we will sort it out.

12. No promises beyond these, and limits

The plugin and Pro are provided “as is”. We do our best to make them work well, but we cannot promise that they are free from errors or that they suit every email. As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profit or lost data, and our total responsibility for a claim about Pro is limited to what you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits a responsibility that the law says cannot be limited.

13. Your information

How we handle information is explained in the website privacy policy and in the plugin privacy policy. Paddle handles your payment details under its own privacy notice.

14. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we update this page and the date above. If a change affects a subscription that is already running, we tell you by email, it applies from your next payment, and you can cancel before then.
