HTML Email to Figma
Terms of Use
The rules for using the plugin and this website, in plain words.
1. Who we are and what this covers
HTML Email to Figma (“the plugin”) and this website are run by Rocuo (“we”), powered by Maool. By installing or using the plugin you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.
2. What the plugin does
The plugin turns the HTML of an email into frames in Figma. It runs on your computer, inside Figma. We do our best to make the result match the email, but a conversion can differ from how the email looks in a mail app, and you should check it before you rely on it.
3. Free plan and Pro
- The free plan includes 10 conversions every calendar month (UTC). A conversion that fails is given back.
- Pro removes the monthly limit, subject to fair use, and is bought inside the plugin. Pro is coming soon. Payment, billing, taxes and refunds for Pro are handled by Figma, and Figma’s terms apply to the purchase.
- We may change the free allowance or the price of Pro for the future. Changes do not affect a period you have already paid for.
4. What you may convert
You are responsible for the emails, pictures and fonts you convert. Only convert content that you own or have the right to use. Do not use the plugin to break the law, to infringe someone else’s rights, or to try to get around the limits of the free plan. If we see abuse of the credits service, we may block the install that does it.
5. Your content stays yours
We do not receive your emails, and we claim no rights in them or in the designs you make with the plugin.
6. Availability and changes
We may change, pause or stop the plugin or the credits service. The plugin keeps working without the credits service, counting on your computer. We will try to give notice of changes that matter.
7. No warranty
The plugin is provided “as is” and “as available”, without promises that it is error free or fits a particular purpose, to the extent the law allows.
8. Limit of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost profit or data. Our total liability for any claim about the plugin is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Some countries do not allow these limits. Where that is so, they apply only as far as the law of your country permits.
9. Trademarks
This plugin is independent. It is not made, endorsed or sponsored by Figma, Inc. Figma is a trademark of Figma, Inc. Other names belong to their owners.
10. Law and disputes
These terms follow the law of the place where Rocuo is based, and the courts there decide disputes, unless the law of your country gives you other rights that we cannot take away.
11. Changes to these terms and contact
If we change these terms, we publish the new version here with its date. Questions? Email [email protected]. See also our privacy policy.
