Paddle sells Pro to you
Paddle is our payment partner and the seller of Pro. It takes your payment, sends your receipt and handles tax. We never see your card.
Your key comes by email
Right after you pay, we email your licence key. Paste it in the plugin, under Settings and Licence. One key works on one computer at a time.
You stay in control
Cancel in the plugin, any time. Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for. A full refund is yours within 14 days of a payment.

Who do I pay?
You pay Paddle. Paddle is our payment partner and the seller of Pro: it takes the payment, sends the receipt and handles tax. We never see your card.
Which currency do you use, and what about tax?
Prices are in US dollars. Tax is added at checkout where the law asks for it, and the checkout shows the full total before you pay.
How do I cancel?
Open the plugin, go to Settings, Licence and Manage plan, and choose Cancel plan. Pro stays on until the end of the month you paid for. You can also cancel on Paddle’s billing page, which opens from Billing and invoices.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Write to info@rocuo.com within 14 days of a payment and we refund it. Read the refund policy.
Can I use one key on two computers?
One key works on one computer at a time. You can move it to another computer: remove it from the old one, then activate it on the new one. A key can be moved 3 times in 30 days.
I lost my licence key.
Go to Find my licence, type the email you bought with and enter the 8-digit code we send you. Then your key is shown.
